Humans are inheritantly fearful. For your life, for the things you own, for the security of money, for the hand that holds yours, for the child you tuck away to sleep. Fear gets the better of us, but fear is the emotion for change and sometimes this is the change for excitement.

This excitement for inexplicable reasons for me is those human connections, those random moments, those unforeseen circumstances and to get these, the way of the travelling thumb provides an unparalleled success rate for such things.
